The Italian customer purchased four pharma bins from Changzhou Bole Tech Co.,Ltd.   This is the third time for her to place the order to Bole Tech. This customer purchased one set of roll compactor dry granulation system before, and the dry granulation system includes one set of 1400L pharma bin. The customer is very satisfied with our pharma bin, so this time she purchased two sets of 1400L pharma bins and two sets of 400L pharma bins from Bole Tech.   The pharma bin is also called IBC bin, it is used for material turnover and storage in the production process of solid preparation. The three set of GFG-300 High efficiency fluid bed  dryers have been shipped to Australia. These three fluid bed dryers are purchased by our Australian client, and this is the fourth time for him to place the order to Changzhou Bole Tech Co.,Ltd.    This time we used four 40HQ containers to ship the fluid bed drying machines. After the machines arrive our client's factory, they will be used for drying and cooling the granules of healthcare products.

The Korean customer purchased two ZPG-3000 Vacuum rake dryers from our company for the third time.   The ZPG-3000 vacuum rake dryer is explosion-proof type, and is used for low-temperature drying the chemical materials. During the drying process, and condenser is used for the recovery of xylene.   The customer has already purchased three ZPG-3000 vacuum rake dryers from BOLE TECH in 2023. The XSG-2 Spin flash dryer has been shipped to Philippines already.   The customer is one of the most important starch products manufacturer in Philippines. After it arrives in Philippines, it will be used in the customer's lab room for R&D.

The production of the XSG-2 spin flash dryer has been completed.    The XSG-2 spin flash dryer is a lab scale spin flash dryer, it will be used for the R&D of starch products. After the package is completed, it will be shipped to Phillippines soon.

The Australian clients come to our company for FAT (factory acceptance testing) of the three sets of GFG-300 high efficiency fluid bed dryer.   During the acceptance process, the customers were very satisfied with the production details and quality of our fluid bed dryer, and also provided some valuable opinions and suggestions.   After two days of work, the three fluid bed drying machine successfully passed the factory acceptance test. After the acceptance, the customer also exchanged some information about the new project with our technician.

Today our Australian purchased three sets of GFG-300 high efficiency fluid bed dryer from Bole Tech. The production of the three QVC-2 Vacuum feeders has been completed.    Next, we will conduct pre factory testing and then send the video and results of the testing process to the customer for confirmation. After customer confirmation, packaging can be carried out and ready for shipment.

Our Italian customer has purchased the second order to Changzhou Bole Tech Co.,Ltd. After the production of the LPG-5 centrifugal spray dryer has been completed, the Thai customer came to our factory for FAT (Factory acceptance test). After the factory acceptance test, the customer said that he was very satisfied with the quality and performance of our LPG-5 lab scale spray dryer, and he would pay the balance payment immediately after returning to Thailand.   After we received the balanced payment, the LPG-5 centrifugal spray dryer has been shipped to Bangkok soon. After the spray dryer arrives in Thailand, it will be used for research and development in a university laboratory.

The production of the LPG-5 Centrifugal spray dryer that purchased by Thai customer has been completed. The Thai customer came to our factory for the FAT, and the spray drying machine has successfully passed the FAT factory acceptance test. During the testing process, the customer conducted strict tests on the material, drying effect, and control system of the spray drying equipment, and was very satisfied with the test results.   Next, we will use standard export wooden boxes to package the laboratory spray dryer and then ship it to Thailand as soon as possible.
